We have a partial roof!

We went by the house today after a meeting to pick out our paint colors. Of course it had to rain. Amy and Kelsey stayed in the car, but Andrew braved the heavy rain to get a few photos. Here is the house from the front:

Family Photos

Since we had both sets of grandparents here for Kelsey's birthday we thought we would get some family photos done. We went to Sears in the mall and the lady there did a great job. Kelsey was amazing at following the directions and giving good smiles. We were all very happy with how they turned out. There are many here to see! If anybody wants a copy of one, send me an email with which picture and what size you want- we have a CD of them all and print you off a copy or email it to you.

The whole group- how she ever got us all looking and smiling we will never know!

Kelsey- she looks so grown up here- it could be her school photo!
Such a sweet face- we also have this in a black and white and it looks great too

She loves her Minnie and we thought it would be cute to get since that was the theme for her 2nd birthday

We were using Elmo to help her smile and he made it into a photo
My favorite shot- she is such a cutie

Our House is Making Progress

I got very behind on posting pictures so these start back at the beginning of July and end with pictures we took yesterday

Our sign- it was exciting to see our name on there
Of course we had to get a picture with it
The footers are getting ready to be poured- this is the garage

A view from inside the house- it made it easier to see the size and how big the rooms will be

First time in braids

Kelsey's hair is finally long enough for braids! I thought she looked so cute and she loved them too!
She somehow learned to say cheese when we are taking a picture- we are trying to break that habit!

Kelsey's first concert- The Wiggles

We took Kelsey to her first concert and it was The Wiggles! She loves the show and the music. She tries to sing with it and dances with it so we thought she would enjoy it. We were right- she loved it- she danced and sang along with them. Now we always have to listen to them in car and she sings. It is so cute.

Here she is at the show- she was very excited
It was hard to get her to stand still with all that was going on
Waiting for the show to start- she would not look at the camera- she wanted to look at the stage
Mommy and Kelsey before the show

Singing and dancing with the wiggles

In case you don't know who the Wiggles are- this is what they look like. They are 4 Australian guys who have been soing with for years.

Kelsey's 2nd birthday

We cannot believe that our baby is 2. We had a great day with both sets of Grandparents. Kelsey loved opening all the presents- it took all day to get through all them because of course we had to play with each thing after we opened it. Mommy made Kelsey a marbled cake (from scratch). It was a Minnie cake since that is the theme Kelsey picked out.
